This role offers the opportunity to ensure customer satisfaction and success in a fast-paced LegalTech environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their objectives while providing high-quality support across legal, technical, and operational aspects. The position requires a balance of legal understanding, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. You will assist customers with account setup, legal document drafting, and product guidance while fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to resolving issues and delivering timely solutions. Accountabilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers in setting up and managing technical integrations with their systems.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents tailored to client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support leads and prospective clients with product guidance, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Prepare reports and documentation based on customer-provided information.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Champion customer success and contribute to retention by ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer success, client support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and legal document drafting.
- Excellent written English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs or similar platforms.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
