We are looking for a Customer Support & Training Operations Specialist with a native level of Brazilian Portuguese and an advanced command of English to join our team in Barcelona (Spain).

This role focuses on providing customer assistance through multiple channels (email, inbound and outbound calls) while also offering administrative support for training-related processes. The position requires delivering accurate information, using appropriate tools, and understanding customer needs to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, ensuring follow-up until completion.
  • Review and update training items within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, contributing to team objectives.
  • Monitor workflows and processes to guarantee consistency and prevent omissions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on training session occupancy and help define outreach strategies.
  • Identify potential demand for training sessions and communicate insights to the supervisor.
  • Take on additional duties or small projects when necessary.
  • Assist users during transitions between internal systems or tools.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to support issue resolution.
  • Participate in training or onboarding of new team members.

Additional reasonable tasks may be assigned depending on organisational needs and the evolving scope of the role.

Core Competencies

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service or a Service Centre environment.
  • Strong digital skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and native-level Brazilian Portuguese, required for the markets supported by this role.
